Since our past designs reside in digital format, we simply change the parameters to meet your facility and our designers make the appropriate changes to fit your church. Affordable Sound System Packages

Our Church Audio Templates are broken down into two distinct packages. The Liturgical audio packages comprise audio systems that will only reproduce the spoken word, along with the occasional power-point presentation. Our Contemporary systems are for church facilities that have a full band or praise team, or both. Finally, whether you need a liturgical or contemporary package, you will find three pricing structures based on the occupancy of your worship facility. Simply select the package that reflects your type of worship service and the amount of people your church holds. Simple!

Step One – Select A Template

First, select the template that fits your worship style and seating capacity.

Step Two – Provide Information

Next we will need some measurements of your facility and some photos to help us identify any unusual design characteristics we may need to take into account in our design. We will supply you with a brief questionnaire to help us with the design process. We will contact you after reviewing your photos and measurements to ascertain any specific concerns you may have, so that they may be fully addressed in our final design. This is a great time to let us know about any strange acoustical problems you may be facing.

Step Three – The Design

The next part is all on us: the design. We’ll get busy addressing all of your specific concerns and customize a sound or video system that will work beautifully in your church. This usually takes a week or two depending on the complexity of your worship facility and any other specific needs you may have alerted us to in the consultation process. You will receive three different systems to select from. Your church will be supplied with a detailed quote for three different systems, a good, better and a best. All of the systems will meet your needs, but the feature set will differ from one system to another. We are happy to have a conference call with the elders or congregation as a whole to discuss the benefits and differences in each system.

Step Four – Purchase the System

After all is said and done, it is time to purchase your new system. If you decide to buy your equipment from us, we will issue you a partial to full refund of your plans purchase price, depending on what plan you selected.

At the end of this process, you will have a complete system that is ready to be placed for bid with a local contractor, or one that you can install yourself with easy to follow instructions that we include with all of our packages.
